Do you move furniture?
We can move furniture up to 50 lbs. Due to time restrictions and to allow your carpet to dry properly, we cannot put large furniture (such as hutches and entertainment centers) back to their original places.
How long does it take for my carpet to dry?
Under the right conditions, such as sun through the windows, the windows open in the proper weather, air on, fans carpets can be dry in as soon as a few hours! We ask to allow up to 24 hours to fully dry. We can leave booties at your request so you can live normally in your house until they are 100% dry.
Do you have hidden fees?
No way! The price we give is the price we charge. If rooms were miscounted for the quote or booking, we will discuss this with you first.
Are you cleaning methods safe for my kids and pets?
Absolutely! We use only eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are plant based. We only use residue free products.
Is it hypo-allergenic?
Yep! All solutions we use are allergen free.
